I'd like to put a proposal out there to expand our minors from 20 to 30.  I know this has been discussed in the past but with 10 picks a year and only 20 spots makes it tougher to keep guys that take longer to develop.  I know we can stash some on the MLB roster but I just feel with the number of draft picks we get each year, an expansion to 30 seems reasonable.  I'd like to see if there is enough support from the league to put this up for a vote.  Thanks!
