Title: Scoring discrepency

It appears that we only give 4.8 games played points to Catchers and OFs... I believe that MIs and CIs should be receiving this as well

Nope, just C-OF... the reason is because the defensive innings component is necessary to balance the scoring whereas CI-MI pick up decent amount of points for putouts and assists.  It all balances out where defense is about a sixth of the scoring and it corresponds to positions accordingly.
