Each team will have 20 in season transactions beginning in the 2018 season. A transaction is a promotion and any accompanying demotion, this will count as one transaction when conducted together. They will be two transactions if conducted separately.

:HOU: 1 transaction
:LAA: 3 transactions
:LAD: 5 transactions
:MIL: 4 transactions
:MIN: 2 transactions

:STL: 1 transaction
:TB: 1 transaction
:WAS: 3 transactions
