Franchise GM is in need of avreplacement GM for the :CIN:

Team has been neglected for awhile because of the sudden departure of Tarheels55.  Then, his replacement also went MIA.  So the team is a rebuild of a sorts, but has some possibilities if someone is willing to dedicate some time.
