Title: Projected Cap Space Up To Date

All updated and ready to go for tomorrow. For extensions you are not allowed to exceed your projected cap space.

Also a reminder that extended players will still need to be protected in the expansion draft and non-extended players will still be eligible to be drafted by an expansion team.
