We're going to need more of a group effort to pay for FanTrax this year. In previous years Jeremy with the Phillies has either covered the whole bill or most of the bill. Last year I threw in $20 and hoped others would chip in as well but apparently nobody contributed. Considering the amount of time both of us spend, and Chris the last two years, maintaining the league that's pretty frustrating honestly.
This year if we don't get more participation in covering the costs then we're probably going to give people who pay for their teams preferred status over those who don't. This could include waiver wire priority, exclusivity on vetoing trades, maybe compensatory picks, extra salary cap money, etc. This is a free league but even in that we have these costs and a need for volunteers to help run the league.
The per team fee is about $3. Since we don't have a full league at the moment please consider paying a bit more to cover the fees of teams without owners for now. Thanks.
