BUF sign the following to 2 way contracts:

Cam Dineen 3yr @ $500k pa
Henrix Lapierre 3yr @ $1m pa

Dineen will be promoted to the Active roster for now, while Lapierre will remain in the Minors

As Gabriel Vilardi is on a two way contract, BUF will be sending him down to the Minors as originally intended (he does not need to be waived, as advised by others)

Mike Hardman will be offered a 2 yr two way contract @ $500k pa and promoted to active roster
