RIBEIRO  was an IR replacement, thought he was send back down without going through waivers....

Experienced minor leaguers or non two ways need to always sent down via waivers in any circumstance.

Put my request in on Dec 8th....finally get Ribeiro on the 12th then Toews comes off IR, so I get just about nothing out of making the move and now I'm probably going to lose Ribeiro, one the few minor leaguers I have of any value.
And the lost time in posting, checking....
If these moves were done at FanTrax would save time, be more efficient.

I don't think that Fantrax can do what this league does with their waivers because we are not releasing them to free agency but sending them to another team.
