Here's a look at the playoff picture after 6wks with 3 wks to play out the regular season.
Everything's up for grabs at this point including Division titles and all playoff spots.

Montreal and Buffalo are really worrying me. They are winning as much as my Sens are. Something has to give in our four way tie with Toronto. Time is ticking away.

things are getting tease in the play-off races. plenty of jockeying left to be done by most teams.
some teams that have good records have brutal match-ups coming up.
others who seem out of it are actually within a win or 2 of getting right back into the race.

my cats are 5-1 now...
but with 3wks left to play, i've got a competitive :NJD: team to face this week.
then :EDM: (also at 5-1 ... just acquired David Backes) next wk.
to wrap up the regular season, i've got to get past :TBL: also sitting at 5-1 currently.
suddenly it's not such a clear path for my cats to reach the playoffs + my team's current stay in the Eastern pole position isn't such a lock after all... actually it never really was. :(

I hate my last two match ups. Wings have Howard an Nabby in goalie picking up tons of points. Pens are fighting for a playoff spot and won't let up.

Dallas and Phoenix have tough schedules too in the West. Edmonton might get a break against Columbus in the final week but only if Columbus doesn't bother setting their line up. Come on Columbus put up a fight to hold onto your playoff spot man! :koolaid:
