Ok...so I'm working on this schedule issue a little bit and it doesn't add up.

The link posted states the following...
The 162 games would be split up in the following manner:
19 games × 4 opponents in-division (76 games)
6 games x 10 interdivision games within-league (66 games)
20 inter-league games (16 vs a division from the other league (rotates annually) and 4 vs a "natural rival" (See below for a current list of natural rivals)

All makes sense to me...However 6X10=60 and not 66 so we would be 6 games short with this format.
It seems to me like interleague should be 20 games against another division and 6 against your natural rival. With the additional 4 games spread across the division if your natural rival is in the division you are playing that season.

The season we have is 20 weeks long. Take in regards the MLB All-Star week, which should not have a scored week, we should play 19 weeks.

This would be 19 rounds of playing division matchups each week; and sprinkled in with these other matchups.

I say disregard the math in the parentheses and use the original math, example 6x10.

I will finish my template with arizona and set it for preview, hopefully tonight.  Then we can finish a schedule by weeks end and get it set in stone for the remainder of the season!

I now see the 'missing games'. My template will be a visual of this.

I've just been given the schedule for Weeks 5, 6 and 7. About to enter them into Fantrax so some things will likely change. Stay tuned!

Unless the schedule was previously posted I would be opposed to entering a schedule for week 5 and 6 at this point.

At this point we need to stick with the same format as the previous 4 weeks. Fantrax will, and did, recalculate wins/losses after the additional match-ups were added.
I appreciate your time and effort but changing formats at this time would likely mean changing the match-ups since the start of the season. If you have a "program" that will allow us the pre-determine match-up, believe me, I'll be thrilled to death to take it into consideration for next year. It would be a HUGE load off of my mind!

I have attached an excel file that would serve as a template for doing the schedule quickly.  I would not want to invest time into doing this as duplicate work though.  Simply let me know whether to proceed or not.

Makeup games would be scheduled as 9th games against within-league opponents; spread across the remaining schedule.s

My system will not change format in any way.  I will not do the work without league approval though.  Right now I have 6 games this week; is this correct? I would leave all matchups played alone and create future matchups with the roll of a die.

At this point I made this up last night and would have posted it but had no communication, can easily be extrapolated. I just need the go ahead. This would be easy, is randomized, and completely abides by the rules setup by the league.

It does not change the outcome of any games played previously.

I've figured out a way to get the schedule back in balance. It will involve going back and adding games in the first 4 weeks so it may take a while but I'll try to get it done this weekend.
In the mean time, win/loss records may fluctuate a little.
