League Rosters

In the past 2 days have updated each team league roster matching each roster with fantrax & spreadsheet. I organized each league roster spreadsheet making position changes on players as what fantrax has now designated. Each team GM can now examine their spreadsheet roster in preparations of FA bidding that will begin on Monday a.m. January 14, 2019. Please refresh yourself to the FA bidding league rules in this more simple contract dynasty league. By this weekend Fantasy Webapge Creations who sponsors fantasy league teams by creating a special webpage for the league on the Internet with many added features as articles and graphics during the course of the whole season.

In need of a more understanding of concept of (P-n/a) and (P-) as there are teams with players on roster and in minors not correctly tagged. Would love to solve this issue and make proper corrections before FA bidding 1-14-19.

2:30 p.m. (CDT) Have completed with corrections of all team MLB rosters concerning the (P-n/a) & (P-xxxx) status with players meeting the threshold of 400 AB, 140 inn & 50 appearances. Once a player meets the threshold, you may retain player at $0.3m for another 3 years (P-xxxx).

As of April 15, 2019 have completed updating all team roster salary cap totals. Please, understand that the minor league roster (up to 20 players) Does Not count toward the team total salary. I had thought it did, but now realize they do not and updating is complete and accurate as far as 2019. There are 3 teams over the cap (Philadelphia, Colorado & San Francisco). No immediate penalty will be issued. Overall a great job by team GM in this more simple contract dynasty league.

LEGALITY OF ROSTERS

Has been brought to my attention on legality of rosters. During the off-season team rosters do not have to be legal. With extension period through December,  minor league promotions and the 3-round draft in December all teams (no matter what) will have 3 added rookies to their rosters. With off season trading until FA auction February 27, team rosters do not have to be legal. HOWEVER, starting with FA auction February 27 and through the regular season all team rosters MUST be legal.....and any FA acquisitions and trades (between Feb 27 - Mar 27 there is a 48-hour window to legalize rosters) and during the regular season the result must end with legal team roster.
