Per the Rulebook, the 60-day IL is not available during the offseason (Rosters - Item AVII A-3.0- 60 Day Injured List)

Thanks for the heads up on the 60 day IL.  I was following fantrax's designation, and forgot about that rule.  I'll repost at the beginning of the season.
