Thanks for the welcome. Not sure who Chris is, hopefully not a co-owner .. though with all the things to pickup that might not be a bad idea :)

Anyway, would appreciate if any of you could send me a PM with any tips & tricks or things I need to be aware of as I start. In the meantime, I have a whole lot of reading to do as I ensure I understand all the nuances of this league.

Welcome.  It takes about a week to get adjusted to the rules, format, and stuff.  Good luck.

I'd recommend drinking :beer: and then making trade offers to the :NYM: !

Or just really spend some time researching the guys in your system, dropping the guys that are out of baseball, promote within your minors, organize your spreadsheet, make up your missed draft picks and then researching guys that are in FA.  Yeah.  That might work too...
