In about 3 years it is quite possible or at least that was my hope when I took him #2 last year. I learned my lesson from handing out 3 year rookie deals to rookies, they are not worth that money initially, about 90% of the time.

I believe a number of the players on the list will still be resigned or traded.
Many teams don't have much cap to work with so there are probably more trades coming before the Aug 6th deadline to sign pending FAs.
