Title: Ottawa IR Moves

In order to have cap space and roaster space the following players need to be released from the PG Cougars................
Ryan Howse, $0.2m (2013-14)       
*Max Talbot, $2.5m (2013-14)
Stephan Gionta, $0.2m (2013-14)
*Daniel Briere, $3.0m (2013-14)
*Martin Havlat, $5.0m (2013-14)

Release Mike Fisher from IR contract
Send Christopher Nilstrop to the Minors

Currently cant release those players free of charge

Current moves puts Ottawa over minor cap by $3.3m. Please make appropriate moves to make this legal, or if it can not happen we will have to discuss possible league repercussions.

League has came to a mutual decision.

Ottawa will release Christoper Nilstorp & Andre Benoit to free agency and will not be able to give them extensions.

Ottawa also receives a warning for cap circumvention.
