Buffalo announces a deal that allows our team to continue the youth movement we started in 2017.

We get young players and a pair of draft picks to build up our roster. I like that. We will move forward with a younger goalie in Tristan Jarry who like Darling has a somewhat uncertain future but we feel has good upside that we're willing to wait for. Kings to confirm. Thanks Godzilla.

We get more scoring and pay for the negotiating rights to Niskanen and Hoffman in their contract year while losing only 1 star from our roster. I like that. Predators to confirm. Thanks Burkes Boys.

Jamie Oleksiak, $0.9m (2016-2018) needs a new contract. We'll sign him for 2 years at $1.0m given he was ranked 181 in 2016-17 and 168 this year. Make that 3yrs at 1.5m.
