Angels confirm.  This is another deal in the Angels rebuild as we add a pitcher coming off TJ surgery.  We are banking on him getting his form back in 2014 so this deal is for the future and not the present.  It's part of the plan of increasing the talent level of the Angels which is currently lacking young talent.  Axford gives us a RP which is a need as we traded RPs in the Doubie deal.
