This issue here is not the rules or someone being dismissed. Those are league issues and up to your commissioners discretion.

The issue here is a league on ProFSL not refunding money to a member who has been dismissed. That is a ProFSL issue.

To clear the air, slackjack has never tried to get someone banned. However, I have tried to get a refund sent to him for the past 3 weeks. I was told it would be done by last weekend (weekend of the 10th) refund still not sent.

PPG continues to sign and post and make fun someone for wanting the $10 back but doesn't seem to have the time to refund money.

PPG is correct, that ProFSL will not tolerate someone keeping one's money who is owed a refund. That is why this is a website issue.

All ProFSL is asking is that this $10 is refunded.

The kind of pt that needs to be made to someone who disrespected a basic principle... be an adult in FNHL and dont give us a hard time.

Yes Slack tried unsuccessful to get you to ban me for a one liner that was actually funny but that you both turned into a constitution violation.

Next time, lool at the facts, healthy league... a league that can spot trouble and takes appropriate action to address. The only hky league in its 6th yr.

Once again, I have no issue with what you did. However the $10 must be refunded. THAT is a website issue, as this league and the actions by the commissioner for not refunding goes against ProFSL.

You are not personally responsible by law for that $10. However, ProFSL is! So yes you can remove the member for causing trouble and anything else IDC, but the $10 must be refunded!

Sorry... had to pipe in, I am new in this league but on the site now for YEARS and in many long running successful great leagues. Have to say I have never seen so much drama or airing of peoples business throughout an entire league when it should be kept to the 2-3 individuals involved. Pretty crazy to see this on a daily basis to be honest.

Anyway just my .02.... I'll go crawl back into my hole now lol

I'll see your .02. This is the only drama that I've seen so far. I know early on when I came into the league there was some talk about me. However I didnt pay attention nor did I read the directions, kind of a trial and error deal lol.

Thats pretty noble Daddy. I've said it a few times, I'll say it again. Hate to see SJ go. I understand why, I guess. He and I went back and forth on many trades for days. SJ knows his hockey thats for sure. He got some young talent, I got draft picks.
