CF Harrison Bader $3,916,661 (FA 2026)

for

Dbacks trade
RF Harold Ramirez $2,200,000 (FA 2026)


Angels approve. Swap for needs. Angels had lots of CF depth but no corner OF depth and this  that. Similar projected points, salary and both arb 5 so really just about turning a CF to a RF eligible player. Bader has a more clear path to playing time being named the everyday CF and good defense but Ramirez has a better history of staying healthy and being useful with the bat. In the end really just as simple as turning a CF into a RF
