These members are the active trade committee. They are responsible for approving trades.
Takes 3 approvals for the trade to be confirmed.
They are also responsible for:
- Commenting on trades
- Deciding who won/who lost
- The fairness of the trade
- Whether the trade was legit or set up
- Whether the trade would be a detriment to that franchise or the league.

Gilly and Hockeyfreak6000 will only put in their input when needed....those reasons are if trade has been on the board to long, a TC member is inolved in the trade or if its tied 3-3 in voteing!!

Until further notice, you only need 3 yes votes to make a trade go through.   If a tie occurs, than it will be sent off to be reviewed by the Commish's, of course only by the commish's not involved in the trade!!  From their a decision will be made within 24 hours either way.

Reason for this is I don't want trades on the board for long periods of time if trade committee members are busy or enjoying the Summer.  Gives a nice flow going for now.
