New GM

Please join me in welcoming Jeff, davinci_ascent, as the new GM of the New Jersey Devils.  Jeff will immediately relocate to Edmonton to play as the oilers.  Interestingly enough this franchise was originally the Oilers back when we launched in 2011!  Jeff is bringing them home!
