Activate Hornqvist from IR

No cap to keep so will send all 3 replacements back to minors (Marchment, Pezzeta, Schultz)

Also Dustin Tokarski cleared re-entry waivers and just needs to be updated on sheet.


All set on Fantrax.

Marchment and Schultz are not on 2way contracts. Have to go through waivers
