I voted for Texas.  Progress with prospects and recovery fom injuries will put them ahead of Oakland.  Anaheim's future looks rough with little to spend and too many areas to patch.  Seattle could leapp ahead.

I voted for the A's, but a little health could go a long way for the Rangers. I am a big fan of their squad, and their chances in 2011 and beyond.

Rangers just added Carl Pavano and missed out on a bat but have plenty of money... I like their chances.
