The Pelicans and Blazers have agreed to the deal below.  The Pelicans are trying to create cap space needed for their RFAs and signing of their draft picks.  Blazers to confirm.

SF Tobias Harris $7M 2021-2022

Blazers trade:
2021 1st :POR: Portland (:WAS-NBA2: Washington)

Adding a player of Harris' caliber at a decent cap hit, vs using the cap to sign FA who probably isn't as talented seemed like a good call. Costs me future 1st and upside of Mitlon but pretty reasonable price and my goal is still to try and win now.
