FNHL owners - make sure player extensions and salary cap total meets the range for the offseason.

Ex. One Metro Div team risks losing their recently resigned player if the player's new contract extension doesn't fit under the $81.5M + 10% offseason overage = $89.6M allowable cap ceiling thru the offseason only.

The way I understand how this league is run, there's no babying but only friendly nudges. Dates are firm unless there's a pandemic.
