Cardinals make this trade to bolster their lineup.  Gee hopefully will make it back next year or if injury hits the mets this year and betancourt is a nice prospect.
A's get depth to an injury and seemingly AAA lineup with the ability to call up from their minor league system.

Really no votes in the 48hr window,lol.  Everyone who voted for the Tigers/Giants trade has been on since the trade was posted other than haseloff. The trade should pass
