2015-16 cap ceiling at 71.4m plus a 10% overage allowance during the offseason (extra space cannot be used to absorb buyouts)... but twams reminded to get under ceiling before tje preseason transaction freeze just prior to the start of the season kicks in or there will be penalties imposed.

2015 Off-season overage allowance is 10% or $78.5m until the week before the start of the 2015-16 season when there's a transaction freeze.

Gents, there's a Transaction Freeze period coming up 7 days before the start of the season.

Make sure your team's cap situation is Kosher. Sorry PR LOL :thumbsup:

SEPT 30th is the deadline because that's when the FRANCHISE NHL TRANSACTION FREEZE STARTS! Until Oct 8th
