Philippe Myers was on Boston's minor league roster when the kings trade for him. Technically the Kings could want him placed in the minors on the team since he was on Boston's minors. He requested that in a recent move (see link below).

That looks like it would open up the NHL roster spot for Chiarot.

He needs an admin to do it for him. Myers is over 40 games played so the manager can't put him down in the minors based on the rules setup for the league. Admin needs to over ride it.
