Tanking Rule
Beginning in the 2017 season...
For a 22 game season, any team scoring...
Less than 2,000 points will lose their 1st round pick for that season.
More than 2,000 points but less than 3,000 points will lose their 2nd round pick for that season.
For a 67 game season, any team scoring...
Less than 6,000 points will lose their 1st round pick for that season.
More than 6,000 points but less than 9,000 points will lose their 2nd round pick for that season.
Unowned teams will not be subject to this provision.
