Title: Chiefs' Dwayne Bowe ruled out for Week 15

Chiefs star WR Bowe (ribs) will not play in the Week 15 game against the Raiders.  This is bad news for Dwayne, Chiefs fans, and fantasy GMs who will have to look for other options at a critical time of the year.
