Title: Detroit Franchise Players for 2019-20

I had thought I had done this a few months ago, but I don't see the post anywhere.

Detroit is proud to announce it's Franchise Players for the 2019-20 season:

Jake DeBrusk, $2.0m (2018-2021)
Anthony Mantha, $3.2m (2019-2022)

Real life Detroit is likely to trade Howard this season, so we're biting the bullet early.
