Daddy: Honestly idk why the NBA doesn't do it that way for expanding. Two teams at a time. Expansion draft to amateur draft. I think the idea is fresh and its execution will be pretty dope.

Daddy: Sometimes that takes a couple days, sometimes weeks, sometimes months. The only requirement of being a LIVE GM is effort & participation. Not necessarily trading but the operations of your franchise.
