Curtis McElhinney, $2.4m (2020-21)

Based on 36th rank 2019

I would like to keep him in minors if possible so also posting waiver. Please let me know if this is not legal. Since I just trade Reimer and Elliot is expiring figure I can sign Mcelhinney as my 3rd goalie then after he goes through waivers officially resign Elliot post trade.
