Title: boston toronto trade

 toronto trades Rasmus Ristolainen, $7.5m (2022-23) and :CHI-NHL: Round 3

to boston for

Tyler Seguin, $6.6m (2023-24) and :TOR-NHL: Round 4

I have a ton of centers and just traded for Aho and I have no Dmen so I trade from a strength to fill a need and upgrade draft pick to make up for the less production.

I could say the same thing. I have a ton of D-man in my main and farm roster and to acquire a good player you have to give a good player in exchange. This trade will create roster space for a young propspect and will save a few $ for the FA.
