FNHL ALL OWNERS VOTE: INCREASE to 10$ in 2015-16 or 2016-17?

We can put it to a vote with question being whether the 10$ returning team fee takes effect this yr or in 2016-17.

I am confident the decisions taken by PigsRule are for the betterment of the league. He rescued the league from the gutter twice the year Gilly abandoned it and the so called new commissioner went AWOL after a few days.

Franchise NHL is the great league it is today because of the decisions he has made.

Los Angeles and Ottawa management approve the increase to $10.00.

Sorry if it sounds silly but I signed up a few months ago partially because of the cheap $5 returning fee next year. I will not be paying $10, it is not fair for a student like me that an effect like this can go through immediately.

I mean 2016-2017 is fine, because it gives you time to prepare, adapt an so on, but directly for next season.. no
