I've read that next years cap could bump to $70-$71m but that it could actually drop to $68m depending on an NHLPA vote re: a wage escalator clause. Do we already have a projected cap in place for next season and if so where is it posted? If not, when will it be determined?

Ya I should really post it in the cap space section of the rules. I have updated rosters to reflect it in the "projected cap space section". It is $73.0m I believe is where I set it. Our cap will follow the actual NHL cap though if it goes up or down.

Yeah....I thought we could change right up until puck-drop. Tried to swap Luongo out for Svedberg with 25 min grace today (from my PC) but it wouldn't let me. No big deal but has me a little confused.

Yes the lineups lock 1 minute before the start of the first game of the day.

Does the award (10% signing reduction) for winning your Division expire? Do we have to use it right away or can I hang on to it for a couple years?

You have to use it the very next season. So the discounts you won this season (10% for division and 10% for 2nd) have to be used in 2015-16.
