I have been in contact with Earl regarding :ARZ:. Life continues to hamper his ability to be actively engaged. We come to the agreement to replace him at this time, with the contingency that when things get better for him, we will find an opening for him in FGM. We wish Earl well during this time and hope that he can rejoin us soon. With that said, :ARZ: is now on the hunt for a new GM.
