Danilo Gallinari: Gallinari said Wednesday that he's fully recovered from the sprained right ankle that sidelined him for the Nuggets' last 23 games of the season, Harrison Wind of BSN Denver reports. "I'm fine," Gallinari said. "I've recovered from my sprained ankle and I'm ready. I already began training."
