Corey, thank you for saying this league would not screw me over like NFL Countdown and NBA Futures did. However, I am not even allowed to make my own draft pick. Get me out of this crap!
NFL Countdown - Changes the rules in week 3
NBA Futures - Un does a trade on the board because the owner hires a GM
FGM - Autopicks a crap player because I was sleeping and before that was busy being the big brother in the big brother program. What a joke!
And explain this to me:

So Pick is made at 846 and I am on the clock for like 8hrs or so and its through the night.
Once again Corey, I thought you said this was a good league with smart active owners. Nothing smart about having a guy clock out after 8hrs in the middle of the night and then his pick being made for him.
I made my pick 13 hrs after the guy in front of me and he picked at 8:46PM
Common sense and common courtesy says I should not be autopicked at 445 the next morning see below
Twins have timed out. Their Autopick is Max Pentecost C Kennesaw State Ga.

sandman, this league has been around for a long time and our draft rules have been fairly consistent. At the onset of the draft, you should be able to communicate with league staff on how you want your timed out picks to be handled. Some could be skipped, autopicked, or autodrafted based on a specific rule set by the GM... I am sure we can work this out appropriately.
