The Deadlines page has been updated to reflect the regular season start date as October 8th 19h00 ET/New York
The Franchise NHL Stanley Cup Finals end on Sat. April 11, 2015.
I've also moved all old deadlines from previous yrs to a separate post with text greyed out.

Reminder... get your rosters within the limits by the start of the season.

When will we be aloud to change our line ups? I know the rules state this needs to be done 5 minutes before the day starts, but is that the only time we can do it?

My concern is in setting the line ups waaaay before the games - like a day before the game for those cases where a game starts at noon. I know the line ups are locked now, but I want to know when they will be unlocked so we can rotate our rosters.

Jonathan answered correctly... 5mins before the 1st game of the day, team lineups lock. Teams can definitely set lineups wks/days/hours in advance. :toast:

I just set my Oct 8th lineup in regular/non-commish mode. Seemed to work fine.

I am in my team page and it is not giving me the drop down menu options my other league gives me when I go to set my line up, so I assumed it was locked for everyone. Is it not set for me to set my line up? Either way, I know I cannot move players around.

Favo... sounds like the Canes fntx page is set to the Easy Click lineup setting... is that possible?!?
At the bottom of your Fantrax Canes team pg there are 3 options...
Lineup Change System: Easy Click / Drag & Drop / Classic
try it out. Then if it's still roadblocking you, I'll dig into it this evening. Keep me posted.

You would of seen I was facing San Jose and Philadelphia my first two weeks and said something to me... No way would anyone let a top team have an easy week lol.

* Off-season Contract Extensions Freeze October 1, 2014 23h59 ET
* Transaction Freeze (FNHL roster upload to scoring system) October 1, 2014 @ 23h59 ET

After Oct 1st, any open FA bids will remain active and no new FA bids can be opened.
