Tampa is going for it this yr, and this move helps by upgrading our CI position while also adding our future MI tandem with Brad Miller. Owings also serves as insurance should Hill go down, as hed be the next up in Arizona. The gained 4.5m in 2014 cap room is a nice bonus.
