FNHL ALL OWNERS VOTE: INCREASE to 10$ in 2015-16 or 2016-17?

i am not voting since I dont own a team.

The intention is to keep the prize pool meaningful and in turn the level of competition up.

We can put it to a vote with question being whether the 10$ returning team fee takes effect this yr or in 2016-17.

Another 2 days to get your vote in by April 9th.

We'll also start collecting fees for 2015-16 after this vote because we want to know who's back and who's bailing!
