Franchise fees, returning owner fees and transfer to a new team fees are changing for 2015-16
$10 returning teams
$20 internal transfer
$40 MINIMUM franchise fee and higher depending on team, roster, cap situations and MiLR valuation.

Fantrax is expected to be around the $80 mark again.

Example for all those who want to see this math because they need to see it.
If 23 teams return ($10 per), 2 transfers ($20 each) and 5 new owners buy-in (at average of $45) we can expect a 2015-16 Prize Payout of about $415 to the Franchise NHL Stanley Cup Champion.

depends on E40.  I will stick around to keep running things but if he wants to transfer ownership at some point and stop paying the fees , its cool. 

One way or the other I feel like Montreal has turned a corner and will be a contending team next year with a #1 goalie now and at least 14mill in cap to spend next season they are in a good spot.

Dubs might have an incredible yr in 2015-16 if he continues his stellar play and puts in a full season as the #1 goalie in Minny. The stink from oil country might've finally worn off for the kid.

I am fine with whatever is decided, but I do believe that the commish and co-commish should be paid for their work. I don't think they should just work for free in a money league.

I don't think this has anything to do with paying the commishes. With all of the averages they presented above, the money coming in is either going to fantrax or the winners pocket. For me, the issue is the league fee went up without any prior notice or conversation. I have no problem with ten dollars, especially in a fun and unique league like this. I don't like the fact that it was sprung on me when last week I was told it would be $5
