Appears to be headed upward toward $73 million.
Looks like we will all have a little more money to spend this offseason.

The NHL usually posts the new cap number by mid summer and as early as after the Cup finals.

An extra 4 million will come in handy. Thats where we were 3 yrs ago before the lockout.

The 2015-16 cap ceiling will depend on the expected value of the Canadian dollar. Gary B said in early March if the Loonie is close to 0.75 relative to the green back the ceiling willbbe closer to $71.0m... we'll see.

Then it's headed that way because that Cdn buck is crapping its pants and heading South! Surprised the Cdn economy is relatively, I said relatively strong though you wouldn't think it with Target and Future Shop shutting down operations.

With the extra .4 us the league rounding up to 72 or down to 71 or leaving it at the 71.4?

The 2015-16 FNHL cap ceiling will be a solid $71.4m
