SP Mike Soroka $7M (2026) Boston agrees to cover 100% through 2026

KC sends:

CI Elehuris Montero p-2025

In a corresponding move if this trade is approved Boston release RP Duane Underwood Jr and OF Daz Cameron.

Boston makes this trade to add young outfielders and CI Montero was a big selling point because it allows us to send Anderson to the bench. I am a big fan of Nimmo, but I feel this move was necessary for contention both currently and in the future.

I'm in a position to need the known quantities here.  Nimmo is the kind of guy I've been looking for to strengthen my OF and I have fond memories of what Soroka did for me in   Hoping he'll return to close to that form.
