Title: 2013 Draft Oversight Committee

I have updated the Draft Oversight Committee in the FGM Staff page. Myself :BAL: along with Eric :WAS: and Chris :SD: will be running the 2013 FGM Entry Draft. The Entry draft will start on 9/2/2013 (A little later then the rules state) because I am updating the rules to delete the language on Bonuses that the RC voted to get rid of last year. I have also proposed to the RC to eliminate drafting of unsigned players in the draft. I plan to have the Draft order and eligible players posted within the next couple of weeks.
