Title: CANCEL (too early to promote MiLR player) - Tuch and Roll

Toronto Management is pleased to announce the signing of RW Alex Tuch (1-18 2014) to an entry level contract. After an early fudging of paperwork (a la Dale Tallon style) some creative financial moves had to be made (Brown/Crouse Franchise tags .9 in wiggle room) in order to create room for Tuch's contract.

Since the FNHL regular season is over and Tuch (currently at 68 career games played) hasn't hit or passed 82 regular season games played you can delay promoting him til 2018-18 if your Toronto Maple Leafs want.
