I will give the edge to Tampa Bay for acquiring more talent than they are trading away. Spurgeon and Sobotka are more valuable than the duo of Scandella/Gavrikov.

The Flyers made a bold move to clear salary cap but appear to be on the verge of paying extra as Dustin will not be playing anytime soon after ankle surgery in September. A good trade but a Win to Buffalo here for acquiring a number of significant assets.

  • Braves155: The problem with the minors is not the system as a whole, it is some Farm Systems are more 'elite' at being able to produce talent than others. If you look across MLB teams you can pretty easily tell the great systems from the weaker systems and talent development
