Not going anywhere. If I can sell the great :FLO: Florida Panthers franchise I would like to transfer to the :PHO: Arizona Coyotes who could use a rebuild.

Is the purchase of :PHO: open to bidders or is it available exclusively to PR? I don't see where it is listed for sale?

It's one of the teams that needs to be rehab'ed!

It should be 30$ for new owner and 5$ next yr for the returning owners. 10$ for transfer.
