Title: Illegal roster

I'm not sure why no one has noticed but I just did today, why has Arizona been allowed to carry extra players on their fantrax roster?  Was a transaction missed somewhere?

Looks like a missed transaction, the transaction was added to a thread the same time I was processing the original transaction.  It got buried in the completed transaction page.
